We stayed in both Casa Reina hostels during our trip to Buenos Aires and did not regret it. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, kitchen with all one needs for preparing simple meals and clean bathrooms. Most importantly though, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful people. To give a few examples, they allowed us to store some bags of clothes in the hostel storage for three weeks when travelling around the country, and were very flexible with paying in cash. Highly recommended! Thank you a lot for the great time!

A warm and welcoming home

Flor and Max are super nice and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and feels safe, we were there for only for 3 days but felt like home. Also we slept super well! There are a lot of places to discover next to the acommodation, overall the location feels calm and safe even during night.

Great price value, perfect location, good equiped kitchen, cute house. Problems with the electricity but which was not their fault and they did everything they could to fix and keep us informed. In general the hosts are very welcoming and helpful, also give great tips on what to do. Wifi is fast and AC in the room.

The pans and pots were not very clean (but might be more of a problem relating to the people we shared the kitchen with)

Excellent location, super friendly staff. The building itself it's amazing. The rooms are bright and the terrace is to die for - worth every peso you'll spend, especially on a sunny day!

Toilets are shared! That wasn't mentioned anywhere, which was bad as we wasn't expecting to have a communal bathroom. Other guests were a little bit too loud and not respectful. The pizza/empanada shop downstairs makes the entrance and the main hall boiling hot.

I had a great stay at Casa Reina. Flor and Max go above and beyond in making sure their guests are comfortable, even providing local subway cards, umbrellas, and other useful amenities. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom, and all the facilities were kept very clean. The location in Palermo was also great - very close to tons of bars, shops, and restaurants, and the feria/market in Serrano on Sundays. Plus the hotel is a converted house from the 1930s, so it has a cool vibe. Would definitely recommend!

As someone whose primary purpose is tango dancing, location is as good as it gets, period. The house itself is spectacular, many little spaces with nice decorations, two very big kitchens, rooms had enough space. On the first room I got wifi did not reach, and I IMMEDIATELY got changed to the room that had one of their two Internet routers. Hosted by the most easy going couple ever :)

No private bathroom option. The house has many guests that inevitably make the place noisy so workers having to jump onto bridge calls might have a hard time. Each space has a visible notice asking for respectful silence, but when you get a room next to a bathroom or a kitchen you just can't help it

La limpieza, libertad y buena onda de Flor y Max que se contactaron conmigo antes de mi estadía para darme información de todo lo referente a la casa. La ubicación es muy buena y la verdad que uno se siente como en su propia casa. Un lugar que voy a recomendar mucho a todos los que se queden por la zona de Palermo, ya sea por turismo o estudio.

"Casa Reina" es eso, una casa, te sentís como en tu casa, entras y salís cuando quieras, te manejas con tu llave, cocinas, lavas, dormís, charlas. La cocina muy bien equipada, los baños compartidos muy buenos, la habitación cómoda, los espacios comunes son variados. Nadie te molesta. Hermoso.
